Return / Exchange Policy: If you wish to return/exchange a product, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- We'll need a 360 degree unboxing video of the product with all the labels attached in order to initiate any exchange/return.
- Contact our customer support team at Rosaura within 7 days of receiving the product with your order id & the video to initiate the exchange process.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Provide your order details and reason for the return/exchange to our customer support team.
- Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process, including return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will proceed with the return/exchange and ship the replacement item to you if applicaple.
Return Policy: Returns are applicable in the following cases:
